Large seven bedroom, plus den, 4 bathroom house, plus outdoor shower -Sleeps 23 people for family reunion or group retreat. Located at 217 Belle Road, three blocks from beautiful state park beach. Beach parking available with 2 permits. House is located on scenic lagoon with boat dock. Water views from three sides of house. Large back deck is fenced in with gates for pets and/or children and has four dining tables, lawn chairs, and gas grill. Crabbing available off back deck. Upper level front porch has porch furniture and lovely view of lagoon. House is designer decorated with new beach-style rattan furniture. Dogs allowed on lower level of house only, but no cats.

Bedroom #1: Master bedroom: queen-sized bed, twin daybed with trundle, chest of drawers, desk, TV/VCR,DVD player, CD player, phone, private bathroom with shower,porch off of bedroom with lagoon view.

Living room: two queen-sized sleeper couches, TV/VCR/DVD 500 cable TV with premium movie channels, stereo with CD/cassette tape/record/radio player

Taxes are already included in these rental rates. Cleaning fee is extra at $160 extra up until the Spring of 2007 and then the summer cleaning rates, 2007 are $176. All weekends are a three-night minimum rental. Weekends are the same price whether you rent for 2 or 3 nights. Some major holiday weekends are a four-night minimum rental. Holiday rates are higher. Any nights rented beyond the 4-night minimum major holiday rates drop back to off-season rental rates.
