The house can comfortablly accommodate either one large family, several smaller ones or a group of friends!

You have your own tropical retreat in the lower lanai with a heated pool with spa, a bar area with a second refrigerator and even a Tiki Hut!
The house is well within walking distance of all of Captiva's unique restaurants, quaint shops, art galleries and the beach is only 300 yards away with direct access off of Wightman Lane.
