Aloha! Welcome to our completely furnished, private and spacious residence, our Townhouse condo, in Princeville on the Garden island of Kauai!
Situated between popular and championship golf courses, Prince and Makai, with the sunny and landscaped green bluffs of the North Shore, overlooking that blue ocean water with beautiful landscaping of blossoms, shrubs and trees and palms.
While you are here, you will enjoy 1532 SF of spacious comfort, that allows you to sit back and relax, enjoying your special vacation time in a setting of aromatic scenery and tropical beauty. This is what Princeville Resort and the Puamana condo complex do their best to achieve for you. There is also a large gated pool just across the parking area.
We have 2 Bedrooms and 2 full Baths, 3 Queen beds and a King daybed that converts to 2 twins. Our spacious Townhouse can accommodate up to 8 people.
A full service kitchen with wet bar, many utensils and large storage, enables you to create a full meal or just snacks for your days at the beach, shopping or on a tour.
Perhaps a round or 2 of golf? You don't have to go far for play. Championship Prince, or 27 hole Makai, rated Number 1 and 2 overall Hawaii, are available with discount play,gym and special spa treatment!

Multiples of colorful blossoms and greens enhance your view while walking out towards the bluff to view the sunset. View the whales in winter as they parade by and play and see distant Kilauea Point Lighthouse and Bird Sanctuary.

| Newly painted kitchen, laminate floors in kitchen and entry, thick w/w carpet, a wall of jalousie windows plus 2 Ceiling fans enhance Townhouse cooling. A new roof with solid insulation also makes unit cooler. Upgraded and beautiful landscaping with a "Cutting" garden", just for you! A great 180 degree view of the magnificient blue ocean, Bali Hai, and Kilauea Lighthouse from the bluff. Watch whales parade and play on their way by, and an everchanging palette of evening sunsets off Bali-Hai.

Take a Sunset Dinner Cruise, Helicopter tour, Catamaran and Zodiac charters for a swim and snorkel and lunch. See annual Bird nesting season and Whale migration going past our North Coast bluffs. Visible from shore,(Best with binoculars at the Lighthouse.) or take a charter boat out to see them up close. Take the rough dirt trail down to a secluded part of Anini Beach (Thorn Birds) for a swim or snorkel. Go beachcombing, romantic walks on the beach, have a picnic!
