A newly rebuilt 2 story country home with forced air and heat. A large pond fed by well water is 200 yards from the house. Great swimming and fishing. Plenty of beautiful Oak and Misquite trees. Only 15 minutes to downtown San Antonio. A half mile to great bar-b-q, gas station, and convienence store for shopping. A large fenced yard with a swing hanging from the old Oak tree. Sleeping arrangements: Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths. Downstairs has a Full size bed plus a bathroom with shower in the 4th bedroom/utility room. (Washer and Dryer).
