Some of the best snorkeling on Oahu can be found by simply walking into the surf of our breathtakingly beautiful beach. This is a large one bedroom end unit with 180 degree view and wrap around lanai with slidding glass doors on two sides of the unit for lots of light, great breezes and a breathtaking view (even from your bedroom!
Cancellations and Refunds: Deposits are refundable less a $50.00 administrative charge for cancellation requests made at least 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Do to the fact that most of our traveling guests book two or three months in advance, guests canceling less than 45 days before arrival will receive refunds only if the unit is rebooked for their reserved dates. We make every effort to rebook any cancellations but we recommend you purchase travel insurance if unsure.
Deposits
50% Deposit required on stays of 14 days or less to hold dates with balance due 30 days Prior to arrival. For longer stays a flat rate of $500 dollar deposit is required with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A damage deposit of $200 is also collected and will be refunded after cleaning and inspection is done.We will charge guests after a checkout examination of the unit any excess cleaning or repair fee’s arising from their stay. A valid credit card is required to check into this unit no matter which form of payment you choose to make.
Other Fees:
There is a $35 registration fee for your booking. $70.00 charge for lost key sets.
