On 3 levels with open floor plan, river-rock wood burning fireplace, Western decor, hot tub and barbecue on sunny deck, washer, dryer, and 2 car garage. Approx. 2 miles from Mt Crested Butte Ski Area and 1 mile from town of Crested Butte.
Also close to Telluride, Monarch and Wolf Creek for downhill skiing and Durango and Monarch for snow cat skiing. Cross country skiing, snowmobiling and snow shoeing also available in Crested Butte. Back country powder skiing available in Silverton.
In summer - golf, tennis, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, canoeing, kayaking and white-water rafting.
Fly into Gunnison Airport (30 minutes from Crested Butte) on United, United Express or American. Or use Montrose (90 minutes) on United. Denver and Colorado Springs Airports are approx 4 hours by car.
Avis, Hertz and Budget Auto Rental are available at Gunnison Airport. Alpine Express also provides shuttle service between Gunnison Airport and Crested Butte.
