This lovely home is located less than two miles from Tahoe City and one mile from the Sunnyside Resort on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. The house has a view of Lake Tahoe from two decks on the south side of the house. One of the decks is off the kitchen and has a barbecue. The second deck on the lower level has a brand-new hot tub which is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the lake view.
The kitchen is newly remodeled with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (including a gas range). The table opens to seat ten and there is seating for two at the counter. This is a perfect place for a group or two families. There are two large bedrooms upstairs each with a private bath. One has a queen bed and the other a king. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen and a double, and the other with a queen and twin bunk beds. There is one bath downstairs. All beds have down comforters.
