Location: Seagrove Beach, Florida

Description: "As Good As It Gets" is the name of this 2400 square foot luxury condo (all on one floor) on the famous Emerald Coast of Florida's Panhandle Region. It is an entire third floor right in front of the ocean with a private pool. New condo, built in 1999.

It is on Scenic Hwy 30-A just east of Seaside where "Truman Show" was filmed. A 42 foot balcony overlooking the ocean walks out from the living/dining area or the master suite. A back balcony overlooks the private swimming pool. Decorative "look through" fireplace between livingroom and master suite. 9 foot ceilings, granite counter tops, G.E.Profile appliances, and all ceramic and carpeted flooring, 5 TV's, 5 VCR's, DVD player, cable, digital (with HBO channels, encore and others)5 Phones, answering machine.

This condo is in a 4 story building and takes up the entire 3rd floor, with an elevator for easy access. (No steps, all on one level!) The beach is quiet, the sunsets are beautiful. At night, the lights of Panama City glow over the ocean in the distance from the east and the lights of Destin from the west. A great area and condo for family vacation.

Amenities: 2 King Suites, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles, 2 Twins.

Main king suite: wet bar w/small frig., walk out to 42 foot deck, (ocean front), whirlpool tub, his & her's sinks, separate large shower, big walk-in closet, phone, TV, VCR, cable, alarm clock, decorative look thru fireplace, stereo/CD/tape player.

Other king suite: private full bath, walk-in closet, TV, VCR, cable, alarm clock radio, and phone.

Oueen: Walk out patio to view pool and drive, shares full bath with bedroom #4, TV, VCR, cable, clock radio alarm, and phone.

4th bedroom: has bunk beds, double beds on bottom and twin beds on top. Room sleeps 6. My kids love Cheetah decor and the bunks but is suitable for adults as well. TV mounted up on the wall, w/ VCR, cable. (Bean bag chairs, kid's size table, chairs, and beach chairs stored in closet if you need them.)

Front and back balcony. Private swimming pool, 1 car garage with locked keyless entry, (parking for a second car outside) TV, VCR, Digital TV & DVD player in main living area (with movie channels) washer and dryer, totally equipped kitchen, (pots, pans, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, ice crusher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, ice w/water in frig. door, bar to seat 3 or 4, large work area, plenty of area for food storage, electric can opener, mixer, iron, ironing board, etc.) Entry hall half bath. Extra storage room in garage for beach stuff. Beach towels included.

Activities: great bicycle path along 30-A, (newly completed, very nice) All boating and swimming / beach activities, small shops and little specialty stores, golf, unique restaurants and deli's, small grocery shops and fruit stands, sightseeing, hiking, bicycle riding trails. Everything you need is down on hwy. 30-A in the neighborhood of the condo. Also, Seaside, a small complete community, is within walking distance, about 1.5 miles away. You can have a wonderful vacation without leaving the condo area... But Panama City Beach and Destin are about a 20 to 40 minute drive away and there is a variety of large restaurants, chain restaurants & fast food places, Walmart, water park, cinemas, large shopping malls and outlet centers for big brand name stores, etc. in these larger areas.
