Our condo is located on the Atlantic Ocean in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, in the Point East Condominium complex. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. It is located on the second floor of an 84-unit, three-story complex. It is air conditioned, fully furnished and equipped to make your stay a most memorable and enjoyable one. It includes a free DSL wireless zone, so bring your laptop!
Our complex includes a full-size heated pool, kiddie pool, covered pavilion, and shuffleboard. Elevators and laundry rooms are provided on each floor. It is professionally managed and staffed full-time. Rental is available on a weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis. Several shops, including a convenience store and a supermarket, are within walking distance.
