Kayak or swim in the warm shimmering sea that comes into our lush tropical back yard. Paddle out to Coconut Island where the t.v. show, Gilligan's Island, was filmed. Or if you prefer a pool, there are 2 Olympic sized pools just minutes away. Also just minutes away is the country's #1 beach, the 3 mile long white sand Kailua Beach.
Enjoy the million dollar views of the water and the towering Ko'olau Mountains where Jurassic Park was filmed. Trade the hustle and noise of Waikiki and Honolulu for the cooing of doves and the rustling of trade winds through the coconut trees. Here you will find the tropical paradise you imagine when thinking of Hawaii. Enjoy bananas, papayas and coconuts from the lush tropical gardens. The fully equipped Golden Bamboo is 1,500 square feet and was remodeled and refurnished recently.
Ecological tours, historical/cultural attractions and festivals, whale watching, ocean fishing, swimming, kayaking, terrific hiking and horseback riding are all within 30 minutes. Don't miss the ecstatic experience of swimming with the dolphins. Whatever your interest, you will find that there is too much to see and do in one or even two weeks on Oahu.
You will be glad to return to the Golden Bamboo at the end of the day. Relax over dinner on your 60 foot lanai. Enjoy the 180-degree view of the soaring mountains which frame the sparkling sea. You are in paradise.
