Description

This vacation home is only two blocks from Lake Tahoe (west shore). Located at the end of a sparsely built on road this lovely two story home has 3 bedrooms, loft and two full baths. Open beam ceiling through out the house with approx. 1800 sq ft of living area. The master bedroom upstairs has a shared bath with the loft. The loft overlooks the living room and has its own T.V. where the kids can play games and entertain themselves.
The kitchen is open thur the bar area. Just visible is the dining room and large oak table. The living room opens by two 6' sliding glass doors to the front deck. Close to hiking and bikling trails, water and snow sports, fabulous hotels at the lake or Reno for gambling and entertainment. Backs up to the greenbelt and the driveway is plowed in the winter. Sleeping arrangements are 4 Queens, 2 Singles and one rollaway. It will sleep 10 comforably. Ski lease is available 12/1 to 5/1 for 4-15 quests. Parking for 4-8 cars.
