This ground floor 3 bedroom condo was built in 2004 and is less than 10 minutes from Fort Myers Beach. Just 25 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. Easy access to air, sand and water. If you want to venture out a 30 minute drive will take you to Sanibel Island and on to Captiva or 45 minutes north to see the sites up the coast in Naples.
The complex has a beautiful pool with a jacuzzi. There is also a workout room located next to the pool and the clubhouse. The area is a gated community for better privacy and security.
Enjoy one of the best beach areas Florida has to offer. After your short 10 minute drive straight down San Carlos Bvld. you will arrive at Fort Myers beach. There are many restaurants and shops that blend into the casual beach atmosphere. When you reach the sand you'll find a long pier that extends out over the ocean providing beautiful views. It's a popular place to catch the colorful ocean sunsets. There is a casual restaurant and cocktail lounge offering outdoor dining near the pier and right off the beach. When you walk to the north there is a long stretch of wide, sandy, quiet beach to kick back and relax. As you walk south of the pier you'll find more activity with more food, beach bars,
and even parasailing if your looking for a little more excitement. There is really something there for everyone.
When it's time to get out of the sun there will be a clean, nicely decorated condo waiting for you. The screened lanai has a beautiful view overlooking the water. A great place for that morning coffee or evening cocktails.
The living room has a view of the water through the lanai. It's furnished with a large sofa, matching chair, TV, DVD player and stereo.
There is a separate dining area with table and seating for 4.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV and a water view. The master bath has a full tub/shower combination. The 2nd bedroom has 1 full bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The guest bathroom also has a full tub/shower combination.
The washer/dryer is located near the kitchen.
The kitchen has ceramic tile and features a breakfast bar with 2 stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, glassware etc..
All sheets, pillows, blanket and towels are also provided. Just unpack your bags and start enjoying your vacation.
April is a good month to get an early start on summer while mother nature still trying to come back to life up north.
Janurary, February and March are already booked for 2009 but you can always get a jump on 2010 and reserve early.
