unique Southwest-designed hacienda sits high on the property to capture some of the best views in
Red Rock Country. This private, peaceful location is "the place to be" for nature/outdoor
enthusiasts and horse lovers alike.
As you walk up the decorative stone and tile steps to the grand entrance, you are greeted by hand-
crafted teak doors made in Portugal more than 200 years ago. Once inside, you will marvel at the
spaciousness of the open floor plan boasting views of native greenery, blue skies and majestic red
rocks in every direction. This 3000 sq. ft. home was designed to create an indoor-outdoor feel,
integrating high ceilings, oversized windows and multiple access points to three gorgeous patios.
Conversation pieces abound as many of the interior doors and lighting fixtures were imported from
France and Mexico and retrofitted during construction.
The kitchen is a chef's dream with ample space for both preperation and entertaining, boasting a 5 x
6 foot granite island complete with prep sink, a bulit-in wine fridge and breakfast bar dining. Dine
indoors or outdoors on the adjacent patio complete with grill, soft lighting, stereo sound system,
and kiva fireplace. After dinner, enjoy the gorgeous starry skies of Northern Arizona while
listening to your favorite music on the West patio or the lawn off the rear patio.
This unique property gives the feel of being remote, yet is only minutes from Sedona's world-class
amenities and activities. Nature lovers will enjoy a bountiful variety of native vegetation and
lush gardens filled with vibrant colors during Spring, Summer and Fall. Wildlife abounds as
javelina, coyote, deer, bobcat and abundant species of birds compliment two resident miniature
ponies, Little Bob and Dreamcloud Dancer, and four hens that are happy to provide you with fresh
eggs during laying season.
Each of the three large, but cozy bedrooms is tastefully appointed with captivating views guaranteed
to inspire. Saltillo tile throughout provides coolness in the summer and warmth in the winter as a
radiant heat system is installed beneath the floor. Each room offers a gas fireplace that provides
warmth and ambience creating an intimate setting.
Designed for pure enjoyment, this unique getaway is perfect for couples, families, small
corporate/wellness retreats, weddings or any special occasion. Bring your horses and board them
right on the property. Small children are invited to ride the miniature ponies under the expert
care of the on-property caretakers, who also have extensive knowledge of Sedona and the surrounding
