Come visit Kapoho Beach Lots on the Eastern tip of the Big Island where you can swim and snorkel with giant sea turtles and enjoy tropical trade winds and some of the newest land on earth! This tropical home features open-beamed ceilings and panoramic tropical and ocean views. You can watch the lights from a passing cruise ship at night from the lanai. You can take a short 15 minute walk to Champagne Pond or ride our bicycles to Champagne Pond or other ocean access areas to snorkel and swim with giant sea turtles. Outside in a gazebo near the house is a full-featured spa for your relaxation and enjoyment.
Decorated island style with bamboo furniture and tropical ocean touches, this home is truly an escape from city life. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, blender, coffee maker, range, refrigerator, and all cooking and dining needs. There is a generous living and dining area opening onto the lanai, a queen-size bed bedroom and bath. For extra guests, the second bedroom, downstairs, has two double-size beds and another full bath. And for your evenings, there is a satellite TV/VCR, a nice stereo with CD player, and an assortment of videos and CDs; and for those who would rather curl up with a book, there are lots to choose from.
Located in a quiet, oceanfront, gated community with easy accessibility to Kapoho Bay and the ocean itself, there are several calm lagoons for swimming and snorkeling. Some of the lagoons are even heated by geothermal fresh-water springs! A guide map at the house will direct you to all the best spots. Champagne Pond is a 10-15 minute walk from the home or 5 minutes by bicycle, and this home is perfectly located to walk to the Wai'opae Marine Sanctuary for even more swimming and snorkeling experiences.
Please note that Pualani is NOT a two-unit rental! The second bedroom and bath are in the downstairs portion of the home. There is also a "rec" room next to the bedroom with a sofa, chairs, dining table, and sliding glass doors to the outside and the hot tub. The bicycles are stored in this room for easy access. The main floor is upstairs to make possible the super ocean view and to better catch the tradewind breezes. This home has a very private, secluded and tropical feel to it and is located on a quiet street.

| | Policies and Other Fees | | | | Cancellations and Refunds | | We require 50% of the TOTAL at the time of the reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If a cancellation occurs between 90 and 45 days of the arrival date, a refund of 50% of the total paid will be returned to the guests. NO refund after 45 days prior to arrival. However, if a cancellation did occur for emergency reasons, we would immediately attempt to rebook accommodations for the same time frame. If a new reservation can be secured, then 90% of the total paid would be refunded to the guests with a 10% cancellation charge. We will always try to reschedule a booking whenever possible. If we are unable to re-rent for the canceled period, all rents paid, processing fees, & taxes will be forfeited as damages.

PUALANI TROPICAL DREAM HOUSE RATES:
From $150/night for 1-2 guests, $10/night each additional guest, maximum 4 person occupancy, additional 11.416% HI state tax, refundable $300 security deposit, small non-refundable cleaning fees. Weekly rates $1000/week for 1-2 guests, $1070/week for 3 guests, $1140/week for 4 guests.
3 night minimum stay.
1 queen bed upstairs, 2 double beds downstairs.
