This Luxury Home offers a breathless view of Marco's Canal System in the rear of the home and is right across the street from the Island Country Club Golf Course, making this the perfect getaway location. Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, this home is sure to please every guest. The screened in lanai is ideally suited to sunny breakfasts by the pool, comfortable shade for dining, or just relaxing in the afternoon and evening. Porpoises and Manatee frequent the canal and many species of fish can be caught off the new dock. Snook lights, fishing rods and cleaning station are a highlight. Almost every room has direct water views and the whole rear of the home can be opened to the pool deck with sliding pocket doors. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with DVD and cable service. All new furniture, electronics and bedding throughout. A full laundry room and two plus car garage complete the experience.
With its easy access to the Gulf of Mexico, you can be enjoying the clear beautiful waters of the Gulf in minutes or boat on over to one of the great restaurant and have dinner. All this can be done right from your own back yard!
