Our beautiful 6 bedroom beachfront home is located in the gated Dunes of Destin community in the heart of Destin, Florida. This four-story beach house has spectacular views from the oversized balconies on three levels. The huge master bedroom with large bathroom, occupies the entire 3rd floor of the home. It really is incredible. The bunkroom has a separate entrance through the garage so the kids will enjoy the privacy of having their own space with even their own dining/living room area. It is great to have the Dunes of Destin community pool just around the corner. With 6,288 Square Feet, 6 bedrooms and 7 ½ baths, it sleeps up to 21 and is the perfect vacation home for reunions and family get-togethers at the beach.

Nearby activities:
The home is conveniently located, just across the street, from the Palms Shopping center which has a grocery store, Target, Walgreens Pharmacy, Moes Mexican Food, Movie Gallery & other great stores.
The Silver Sands Factory Stores, approx 7 miles away, is a vacation in its own right for shoppers, with access to over 100 stores and restaurants.
More great shopping is even closer at the Destin Commons outdoor mall. More than just shopping, the Destin Commons Center Plaza offers a soft-play kids playground and a 49-head pop fountain as well as hosting community activities and entertainment throughout the year. Also at the Destin Commons, catch the latest releases at Rave Motion Pictures movie theater.
Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort offers wonderful dining and specialty stores as well as great festivals & events.
Grande Boulevard, just east of Silver Sands and Sandestin, features fine retailers and restaurants including Tommy Bahama’s, Fleming’s, Cantina Laredo (If you dine here sit outside to enjoy the fountain!) & Mitchell’s Fish Market.
The Track Amusement Center in Destin, Florida has mini golf, water bumper boats, go-carts & for those not faint of heart, bungee jumping.
Big Kahuna’s Water Park is a favorite for young & old alike. Take a break from the wonderful Destin, Florida beach & spend the day here.
The golfing is great throughout the Emerald Coast. In Destin, we recommend Indian Bayou, Seascape and Emerald Bay. Close by in Santa Rosa Beach is Santa Rosa Beach and Golf Club.
Destin, Florida is known as the ”World’s Luckiest Fishing Village” and boasts being home to the largest fishing vessel fleet in the state of Florida. One of Destin’s many charter boats would love the opportunity to take you out for a full or half day excursion, and remember, you can fish from the beach or neighboring Fort Walton Beach Pier, too.
Water surrounds Destin with the intercoastal waterway to the north and Gulf on the south, creating an abundance of other water sport opportunities, including kayaking, wave running, parasailing, kite surfing, snorkeling and so much more!
Our Destin Harbor is becoming more than home to our fishing fleet. At the Harborwalk Village, more shopping, dining and activities are developing.
