This 2 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished one story home is very nicely decorated with a Southwest accent. The exterior of the home is stucco with a tiled roof and has a two car garage. In the rear of the house is an extended patio with a stucco kiva fireplace and seating area. The house is located in a "Robson community" master planned active adult gated community (Quail Creek) in Green Valley Arizona which was recently ranked as one of the top 100 master planned communities in the nation. The Quail Creek community includes a large clubhouse, on-site restaurant, 27 hole golf course, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, fitness center, olympic size lap pool, general pool, hot tub, library, social center, creative arts and technology center and weekly activities that guests can participate in. The scenery is beautiful with desert cactus, shrubs and wildlife and the Santa Rita mountain range visible in the distance.
Within a short drive of the house are shopping centers, restaurants, and casinos. Also nearby is Madera Canyon which is ideal for bird watching and hiking.
The Tucscon airport is approximately 20 miles north of the community.
