Description
We are located inside a state park and right on the water. You will have a private dock to fish from or tie up your boat. Beautiful sunsets from your window. The park has fishing tournaments weekly. They rent bicycles and loan fishing poles. We have a BBQ grill, picnic table and a large fire pit with stools. There is a dbl bed in the bedroom and one in the loft. There is a small childrens' bunk and full bath. There is a full kitchen with all supplies provided. All you need to bring is food and beach towels. We have horseshoe pits and reg size shoes as well as a volley ball loan for the nets at the swim beach. Just a few steps away. There is satelite TV - hopefully you will have too much fun to enjoy it.
There is a 7 day notice - unless monthly rental - then 30 notice
Deposits
$200 Please ask us for some small pets allowed an addtional $100 deposit.
Other Fees:
For trash or dishes left there is a $20 fee

Other Rate Information
The rates include up to 2 persons - for additional persons under 18 is $7 per nite. For persons over 18 is $25 per nite. For holidays there is a 3 nite minimum.
