This is a large 1,400 square foot two-bedroom, two-bath condominium at the mouth of the Gulf of Mexico. The lush condo has a living and dining area, full appointed kitchen; queen master bedroom with bath, two twin beds and second bath, linens included. Watch the boats and dolphins go by in the bay and take in the views of Sanibel Island. Punta Rassa is at the foot of the Sanibel Island Bridge which is just before you get onto the bridge to go to Sanibel Island where there are unbelievable views. Waking up in the morning looking from your bed onto to the water watching the boats go by, to breathtaking sunsets. You do not have to deal with the bridge congestion every time you want to go somewhere. However you do have the spectacular views of The Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel off in the distance. This location is next to the 4 diamond resort - Sanibel Harbor Resort with beach, spa, marina, bait shop and restaurant… next door where you are entitled to all of their amenities as well as a full service marina which sells bait. If you like to fish you will love this place. There are five boating and fishing docks!
This is a fully equipped unit. It has a totally updated kitchen with all the goodies including a washer and dryer in the unit. Pool, tennis, shuffle board and hot tub on the property. Outlet mall is 2 miles. Publix is also 2 miles. Wal-Mart and Kmart are 10 minutes away. Fort Myers beach is 8 minutes. Sanibel and Captiva are across the bridge.
