Enjoy the best of Tucson! Just like the Historic Neighborhood name implies - an unbeatable Winterhaven! Truly a great feel, with tree lined streets, close to the UofA, University Medical Center, shopping, restaurants, Spring Training, and many other activities.
The 2000 square foot home was recently remodeled, includes hardwood floors throughout, has three bedrooms, one with an extremely comfortable sleeper-sofa, queen beds in the other two bedrooms and an inflatable queen size mattress if needed! A full bath, 3/4 bath in the master bedroom, and a bonus 1/2 bath make the house even more guest friendly.
The square footage of the screened-in Arizona room is in addition to the spacious floor plan of the house. This area is just off of the dining room, and leads to the backyard and the pool. Enjoy the daytime or evening poolside, with the patio space heater to keep you warm on any cool evening! Or spend the time in the Arizona room curled up on the wicker couch!
The living room has and LCD TV, and stereo. Two of the bedrooms have TVs with DVR/VCR combos, as does the Arizona Room, all with remote control.
Decorated throughout with artwork from destinations that the owner has visited over the years...so relax and enjoy the phenomenal setting in this Winterhaven home and Tucson!
