Unit is gold rated and features sleeping for six and fully equipped kitchen and laundry. FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET connection.
On-site is huge, fully heated indoor pool, outdoor pool and two hot tubs. Fitness Center is located next to pool with views of the Gulf. On the site is an 18 hole golf course, lighted tennis courts, hiking trails, basketball area. On-site parking is in attached three story parking ramp.
Your one bedroom, two bath Unit is located on the ninth floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The bedroom has a TV with DVD/VCR's. The living room has a 27" TV with DVD/VCR and a stereo/CD, and the sofa is a queen sleeper. The kitchen is loaded with everything you will need, including a blender for frozen drinks. Pets NOT allowed, No Smoking.
Seascape Resort includes 18-hole championship golf course, conference center, bicycle trails, tennis courts, fresh water lakes and lovely park grounds. Majestic Sun is part of this gated community. - Pool and Fitness center has been recently refurbished with all new Startrec equipment cardiovascular.
