Located on Atlantic Ave. at 3rd Street, Apt. 1204 is a nicely furnished unit on the boardwalk with direct panoramic ocean view. Watch the dolphins swim and the sun rise from your 12th floor private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped including all appliances, cookware and tableware. Two large BR's with cable TV's including DVD/VCR. MBR(south) has a king size bed,the north BR has 2 full size beds and LR has a sofa bed. Telephone in south BR and kitchen. This is a NON-SMOKING unit and pets are not permitted. The Apt. rents for 7 day peroids (Saturday to Saturday only) during the summer season. For other periods (Aug. 26 through June 9th) you may check in any day and rent by the week or month. ASK ABOUT MONTHLY REBATES DURING THE WINTER SEASON.
