Pets allowed with additional charge. Over 20 Great fishing lakes with public launches within 15 miles, many great golf courses in the area, plus bike trail, roller blading, and snowmobile trails on the Paul Bunyan bike trail only 15 minutes away. We permit pets, however they must be leashed or kenneled at all times and must be cleaned up after. Pet charges are $7.50/day or $35/week. Kennels are available on site for rent if needed.

If the cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the beginning date of your scheduled stay, the Reservation Deposit will be forfeited, unless the vacancy created by your cancellation is filled in the same capacity as your reservation. |

Reservation Deposits must be received within 10 days from the date you receive your rental agreement.
Full Payment for rental is due three weeks prior to the commencement date of your rental.
Weekly Rental & Daily Rental of 3 days or more requires a $300.00 Reservation Deposit.
Monthly rental requires a $800.00 Reservation Deposit.
Reservation Deposits will be converted into your Damage Deposit upon check-in.
Damage Deposit:
After 2 years of being booked nearly solid we are happy to announce we have successfully refunded 100% of all Damage Deposits. In the absence of damage to the Cabin and Property, loss of property or the need for heavy cleaning beyond the normal and expected, your Damage Deposit will be fully and promptly refunded (no later than 2 weeks from the end of your stay).
