Gold rated, double master veranda suite that is spacious and upscale. This ground floor unit is a wonderful retreat after a day at the beach, playing tennis or golf, or shopping at the outlets. Sea Colony features an unmatched offering of amenities including a half mile of private and guarded ocean beach. You can walk to the beach or catch the convenient tram that runs continuously during the summer just outside the front door. There are 12 pools (two indoor), 34 tennis courts (12 Har-Tru clay and four indoor), Fitness Center with weight room, saunas, whirlpool and indoor gym), children's programs, community shuttle, hiking trails and more.
