This three bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom villa is located in
the desirable neighborhood of playa Langosta, a part of
the greater Tamarindo area. The villa has a front porch
over looking the court yard that creates a community
environment. Walk outside your door, cross the street
and you are on the beach.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms both with queen size
beds and designer furnishings. Each bedroom has its
own spacious bathroom, ample closet space and private
safe. Both bedrooms have native teak ceilings, custom
made teak windows and beautiful tile floors.
The third floor bedroom suite has a raised teak ceiling,
2 twin beds, full bath, ocean views, and a covered deck
with lounges for total relaxation.
Amenities: air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, fully
equipped modern kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer,
telephone, secure safe, gas grill, and beautifully
