When this agreement is cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term, one hundred percent (100%) of the rental paid will be forfeited and shall be non-refundable. No refunds of any kind will be made if cancellation occurs less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the rental term. Please note that no exceptions to this policy will be made for weather-related cancellations. |
