Step inside and enjoy a beautiful and comfortably furnished living area with a sleeper sofa, love seat, cable TV, VCR, DVD, games, books and movies for when you are off the beach relaxing!
The large back deck has patio furniture and a grill for cooking your catch of the day. Prefer to cook inside? We provide everything you need to feel like you're in your own kitchen, right down to the spices, dish soap and dishwashing detergent!
Both bedrooms are upstairs and enjoy private porches, full bathrooms, cable TV and either a DVD or VCR! The King Bedroom has beautiful gulf view to enjoy from your deck! You will also find a full laundry room upstairs complete with laundry detergent!
Don't have beach chairs or beach toys? No worries there either--we provide beach chairs, beach toys and a beach cart to get it all there, though it's just 85 steps down the boardwalk from your back porch!
Our gated neighborhood, Barrier Dunes, also has 2 pools, lighted tennis courts, fresh water fishing ponds, pet stations and ALWAYS a family friendly atmosphere! You won't find wild crowds (heck, any crowds) on the pet friendly beaches either!
We have 9 CAPE SAN BLAS VACATION RENTALS in BARRIER DUNES. 3 GULF FRONT, 3 GULF VIEW and 3 that are btwn 150-200 steps tot the beach!
