A Two Bedroom, Two Bath, Non-Smoking-No Pets, Condominium Rental with all the comforts of home.Spectacular panoramic views of the ski slopes, hiking trails,and mountains can be enjoyed on the roomy wrap-around deck conveniently accessed from the living room, dining room,and the Master Bedroom. Located on the top of the Blue ridge, the magnificent sunrises and sunsets leave all who experience them with lasting memories.
The Master Bedroom features a luxurious King-Size bed, a TV with built in DVD player, a reading couch for those lazy days, a clock radio. The adjoining master bath area has "his and Hers" sinks, an oversize Jacuzzi tub, and a separate enclosed shower. The second bedroom is served by its own full bathroom and features two twin beds, a TV with built-in DVD clock radio, and its own patio deck. All linens and towels are provided for your enjoyment.
The KITCHEN is equipped with a full compliment of cookware and appliances including a microwave and four burner stove/oven for your casual dining. The living room has an inviting wood burning fireplace and all wood is provided at no cost. Relax in any one of the three recliners and enjoy the TV, DVD, or VCR in front of a toasty fire.
IDEAL LOCATION: Overlook is directly accross the street from Devils Knob Golf Course and year-round Tennis Courts, as well as the Devil's Knob Grill for fine dining. It is a short walk from the Wintergreen Spa and Nature Center, while child care, hiking, and other amenities are only a few minutes away. The Mountain Inn is the home of wonderful, creative, Children's programs, as well as boutique shopping and even Starbuck's coffee! No need to drive-free shuttle service stops in front of the Condo and will take you to all locations on the Wintergreen complex.

25 trails (6 beginner, 9 intermediate, 10 advanced) 1,003-foot vertical drop, long run of 1.4 miles, 5 lifts. Good beginner slopes and children's program. New learning area on Discovery Ridge with learn-to-ski program. Two tubing parks have 15 runs. The Plunge, for those 42 inches and taller. The Slide, a tamer section, is open to ages 2 and older. Resort features indoor tennis, heated pool,spa.

| | Deposits | | A security deposit of $200 is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a credit card deposit, personal check or postal money order for the security deposit within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved.
Upon your arrival, the $200 security deposit converts to a damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be mailed to you within ten (10) days of your departure.
• No damage is done to the home or its contents.
• Front door key and Guest Pass has been returned per instructions
• No linens or household items are missing.
• No early check-in or late checkout.
• House has not been smoked in.
• No pets were present
