We decorated our new cottage in a warm, inviting style with many more upgrades than you would normally expect to find in a rental property.
1st FLOOR: Open floor plan – Spacious Living Room, Dining Room and Gourmet Kitchen with ceramic stove cook top; granite countertops, drop lights, bar stools. A guest bedroom with Queen Bed is also conveniently located on the main level along with an adjacent full bath.
2nd FLOOR: Master bedroom w/ King & Private Bath, Queen bedroom, 2 Twins bedroom, Hall Bath
Old Florida Village is ideally situated within a quarter mile of 2 public beach accesses with clean public facilities and plenty of parking. Gulf Place is also within walking distance where you’ll find a café, restaurants, shopping and during the summer season you can enjoy evening concerts in the park.
